Availability and Pricing

Our pricing is based on stays of one or more full weeks.  The normal changeover day for the farmhouse is Saturday, the other cottages are Friday.  But it’s always worth asking if we will accommodate a short stay or different arrival days. We do not normally allow advance bookings for shorter stays during peak weeks (school holidays and bank holidays), but we release peak weeks for short stays close to the time and we always try to be as flexible as possible.   Shorter stays are priced at 80% of the relevant weekly price for 3 nights, 85% for 4 nights, 90% for 5 nights.  One or two night stays are priced as 3 nights. 

Price Match: Our properties are advertised elsewhere with pricing which may differ from ours at any given time.  If, at the time of your booking, you find it advertised cheaper elsewhere, do let us know - we will be very happy to discuss the price you pay if you book directly with us.

Couples Discount: If the accommodation is booked outside the peak seasons (see above) for just one or two guests, a 10% discount is applicable. (This discount cannot be combined with other discounts.)

Special Offers or Late Booking Discounts offered from time to time cannot be combined with other discounts.

Bed linen and towels – Duvets and pillows are supplied for all beds, along with extra blankets.  Sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, and towels (for use in the cottage only) are included as standard in the rental. Please bring your own beach towels.
