Availability and Pricing

Our pricing is based on stays of one or more full weeks.  The normal changeover day for the farmhouse is Saturday, the other cottages are Friday.  But it’s always worth asking if we will accommodate a short stay or different arrival days. We do not normally allow advance bookings for shorter stays during peak weeks (school holidays and bank holidays), but we release peak weeks for short stays close to the time and we always try to be as flexible as possible.   Shorter stays are priced at 80% of the relevant weekly price for 3 nights, 85% for 4 nights, 90% for 5 nights.  One or two night stays are priced as 3 nights. 

Price Match: Our properties are advertised elsewhere with pricing which may differ from ours at any given time.  The price and terms and conditions when booked via other sites differ from ours shown on this website. If, at the time of your booking, you find it advertised cheaper elsewhere, do let us know. If you book directly with us we will at least match the price advertised elsewhere and offer you the best price we can.

Bed linen and towels – Duvets and pillows are supplied for all beds, along with extra blankets.  Sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, and towels (for use in the cottage only) are included as standard in the rental. Please bring your own beach towels and dog towels.
